About Luxury Maids
Luxury Maids History
Receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Army in 2004, after loosing her husband a month prior, Silvia Timoteo moved to Palm Beach County to be closer to her family. After settling into her new home, Silvia knew she wanted to take the varied skills she acquired in the Armed Forces, and apply them to form a business she could be proud of. Assessing the needs of homeowners and businesses in her community, she realized that affordable, structured, high quality cleaning services were a marketplace niche waiting to be filled.
In 2007, Silvia made the decision to start her own business in order to spend more time with her son. Her business decision proved to be so successful that she had to hire employees almost immediately. However, it has not only been about profits; instead, it has also been about helping the community she lives in. In coordination with Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit organization, Luxury Maids has cared enough to give back! They are providing free home cleaning to women with cancer.
The Luxury Maid Team
There are many factors one must consider when choosing a maid service.
All Luxury Maids employees will be fully uniformed and prepared to take on even the most challenging task. We are a drug free work place and all of our employees are fully background checked prior to being offered a position with our company. We are licensed, bonded, and insured so there is never a reason for out clients to worry about the maid who will be coming into their home.
Aside from providing a truly superior cleaning, there are many benefits to choosing Luxury Maids, Inc over an independent service.
We typically work in teams of two (but there are times when one is best in a home) which ensures the most efficient cleaning in the least possible time. We will take care of all the tax and social security payments that you as a homeowner would otherwise be responsible for if you hired someone directly. In addition, we pay for workers' compensation, which means that you as the homeowner are not liable if one of our maids is hurt in your home.
