We are a “total solutions provider” to pet owners who need care for their pets and homes when they as owners are unavailable.
Caring for your loved ones is very important to you and that applies no less to your family pets. Although pet travel is becoming easier with pet-friendly hotels, at times it is impossible to take your pet along. Fortunately, you have options such as a dog kennel, a neighbor or friend visiting your pet in your home, or a professional pet sitting service. We provide you with the comfort of knowing that your pet will be cared for in its own surroundings, without the stress it would experience in being kenneled in an unfamiliar location. Whether for a week-long vacation, a weekend away or just working late at the office one evening, you can rely on us to care for your pet and look after your home when you can’t. We pride ourselves by providing high quality, in-home pet services. You can leave home with peace of mind knowing that you’ve left your house and pets in good hands.

*A sporadic non-consistent walk is for clients who have a changing schedule and are unable to book a walk the same time for every visit and/or who do not require a daily or even weekly schedule which is a minimum of three times per week or a regular set schedule such as M,T,W at 11am.

NOTE: Exceptions to the above rates apply for statutory holidays, special care requirements (e.g., for puppies or nursing pets) and pet transportation other than scheduled veterinarian visits. Contact us for details applicable to your specific case.

Vet Trips: |
For those unfortunate days when a trip to the veterinarian is necessary but you can’t get off work or don’t have transportation, our Pet Sitters will take your pet to the vet and back for $30 plus GST | ||
Do-Do Services: |
Nobody likes this task but for the health of your family and your pet, your yard must be kept clean and clear of dog and pet waste. Let us help by sending a service provider to your home to do the dirty work. Doggie Doo-Doo cleanup can be provided weekly, twice weekly or on an as-needed basis |

Terms and Conditions:
- Pets must be social with other Animals & children.
- We reserve the right to refuse any dangerous animal.
- Should it be necessary to obtain veterinary advice or treatment in an emergency, or ongoing illness while in our care, charges will be paid by you the owner on your return.
- Payment is required in advance if you will be leaving, daily or weekly by agreement if you are not out of town.
- Leads, collars or other equipment must be provided by you as this is a personal requirement to suit your pet.
- Your dog is welcome to bring a favourite toy, ball etc. on a walk. We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to these items.
- All food is to be provided by you. Please ensure there is enough food for the length of your absence. Should there be insufficient food for the length of your absence; charges will be paid by you the owner upon your return.
- We would advise that you notify, neighbours and or Insurance companies that we will be visiting while in your absence.
- Should you need to cancel a session, please advise us within 24 hours prior to booked sessions. Charges may apply within 24 hours, except in extenuating circumstances.
- We reserves the right to cancel sessions within 24 hours, without prior notice.
- Please ensure we are able to gain access to your property on scheduled days, e.g Keys in locks on the inside. Charges will apply if we cannot gain access to the home.
- We Reserves the right to amend or change any of the above Terms and conditions at any time.
